Yamazaki Mazak invented software technology based on a new read-ahead theory. The PreView   640, the first CNC of this kind in the world, was developed utilizing this theory.
Cutting speed and acceleration for each cutting point are automatically calculated from the  programmed contour, predicting the optimum speed and power to go to the next cutting point. This   makes it possible to achieve ultra high speed together with ultra high precision cutting.

• 3-20-06  More Punching & Breaking Power: New equipment additions in production operations include a 60-ton Bliss, punch press and both a 65-ton and 75-ton Verson all steel brake press. This increased production capacity will shorten customer delivery schedules.

New Red Wagon: Our newest vehicle, a 350 Ford Extended Cab Diesel, that will provide increased customer service for small order delivers in our local area. It joins the growing fleet of Reflex tractor-trailer transport vehicles.
